DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free Express shipping is offered for orders over $200

Standard AusPost ($7.95) Orders within Australia take approx. 4 to 5 Business Days.

Express Shipping ($10.00) Orders within Australia take approx. 1 to 2 Business Days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping options for outside of Australia. Standard shipping will receive a charge of $25 (AUD) this is applied during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Russia and Military Bases.

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

Please note 'TJM Reptiles' does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Leelo Active will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will 'TJM Reptiles' accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our sales terms and conditions.

'TJM Reptiles' is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

Shipping charges are non refundable.
